"אם יש גן עדן", ספרו הראשון של רון לשם, נמכר עד כה להפצה בעשרים ושתים מדינות. בחודשים הקרובים צפויים להתפרסם תרגומים מקומיים של הרומן בסין, בקוריאה, בברזיל, בפורטוגל וברומניה. החודש הושק בפולין. בצרפת ובגרמניה היה לרב מכר. בארצות הברית ובבריטניה ראה אור בבית ההוצאה הנחשב Random House. ובאיטליה - שם הוחלף שמו ל "שלושה עשר חיילים" (Tredici soldati) - הופץ על ידי Rizzoli היוקרתית. בקרוב יתפרסם בישראל תרגום רוסי. מבקרי ספרות מהחשובים באירופה הגדירו את הספר כ"קריאה חובה".
